Chioma Peace Udoh has four years experience in the healthcare sector with focus on Drug delivery, Patient care design, Logistics & Supply chain management.
She is a Co-founder and Business Development Lead of Recyclepro Innovations, a waste management startup that is taking a market based approach to ending environmental and waste plastic pollution where households in low income communities bank their waste plastics in exchange for cash for a child’s education or clean energy products.
Recyclepro is expanding her efforts in creating sustainable waste management solutions in Africa with focus on source reduction of waste, recycling and waste to energy generation. In addition to her work, Chioma is a STEM advocate, an Engineer without borders (EWB Nigeria) community project volunteer and the deputy coordinator of Young African Leaders initiative (YALI) Anambra network.
Chioma led a team in a network marketing company & later co-founded Alana cosmetics Ltd. Chioma’s experience spans from Software development, Business strategy development, Team building, to Communications and Leadership.
Chioma holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Nnamdi Azikiwe University. Chioma is driven by her desire to build teams that develop innovative strategies to solve Africa’s toughest challenges.
Chioma is a 2018 Changemaker Fellow, a Fellow of the African Women Entrepreneurs’s Cooperative hosted by the Center for Global Enterprise and a 2018 Mandela Washington Fellow.
